Is your shop open to the Public?

Yes!!! Our retail storefront is Open! Our Patisserie and Hamper Showroom is open Monday-Friday 7am-12pm, midday.

We have a delicious selection of pastries baked fresh daily on site ranging from the humble croissant to decadent gourmet pies, tarts and sourdoughs

We serve Bear Bones Coffee to enhance and comliment our pastries. Locally roasted and blended in Fortitude Valley.

Crowd favourites are our Smoked Bacon & Cheddar Tart, Chicken Leek & White Wine Pie, Almond Croissants and of course our Creme Brulee Croissants!!!

BULK ORDERS + CORPORATE DELIVERIES

For orders of 6 Hamper Gift Boxes or more please contact us for assistance. We can provide a simpler process for multiple delivery locations.

SHIPPING COSTS

We have 2 options available:

Standard Shipping - $12.00 per order

Express Shipping- $19.95 per Order
All shipping costs are per order per address.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Our delivery service covers Australia, using Australia Standard & Express Post.

ORDER DISPATCH SCHEDULE

Orders within Australia are dispatched from Monday through Thursday. We DO NOT SHIP Fridays to prevent your freshly baked goods from waiting in a warehouse over the weekend.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY

Kindly set aside 1-3 business days for order processing. During busy holiday periods, an extra business day might be necessary for your order's arrival.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

Our preferred shipping method is Express Shipping using Australia Post (standard shipping is also available), typically delivering within 1-4 Business Days from the posting date. If your destination is a major city like Brisbane, expect next-day delivery; otherwise, add an extra day. Rural areas may experience longer delivery times—please refer to Australia Post Express for current estimates.

DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS + DELAYS

Upon shipment, we'll provide you with a tracking code to monitor your delivery progress. Please be aware that holiday periods might result in express postage delays. If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days from the order date, kindly reach out to us at eat@labouche.com.au, and we'll assist in tracking your package.

MISSED DELIVERY

What happens if I'm not home to receive the delivery?

If you are not home to receive your package, Australia Post will leave it in a safe place. Rest assured, all orders leave our patisserie sealed.

We are currently not shipping to any international locations…… yet

Can I pre-order pickup from your Cleveland location?

Yes you can! If you live on the Redlands Coast and would prefer to come and collect your order then you may do so.

When you are placing your order you can select a date and time slot that best suits you in the SHOPPING CART.

Our store also contains many items that are exclusive to La Bouche Cleveland (eg our Savouries, Patisserie, Sourdough and Coffee)

We are still at 2/71 Shore Street West, Cleveland.

PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU HAVEN'T PLACED AN ORDER THEN WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT IT'S IN STOCK/BAKED.

I need to send to different addresses, can you help?

Yes we can!

If you have multiple addresses you would like us to deliver to place a seperate order for each location.

For orders of 10 or more please email eat@labouche.com.au and we can assist with the correct packaging and addressing of deliveries.

Allergies, Shelf-Life + Storage

**Allergies**

All our products are lovingly handmade in our small batch kitchen. While we maintain the highest level of cleanliness we can never 100% guarantee that each item is free of gluten, nuts or dairy.

**Shelf-Life + Storage**

The shelf life of our products vary widely. Every product will come with a 'Best Before' date and will last longer if refrigerated once you receive it.

We refuse to use preservatives and so everything is best eaten quickly.

Our Brownies and Breton will have approx 1 week BB, while other biscuits will last about a month.

Refund Policy

Please select carefully as we cannot exchange or refund goods due to their perishable nature.

We hold a high level of care in all that we do and we can assure that your order leaves us in the optimum presentation and taste.

If there is an issue, please reach out with as many images to illustrate the problem and we will make sure your experience is as smooth and tasteful as our menu.
